I heard these both the same day on television and rushed to right them down. I know that I am where I am by lying to myself. My husband put it best today when I was explain WW and th points to him. He said, "The points hold you accountable for what you eat." I love that way of thinking about it.

Oh these quotes ring so true for me!!! So many times I've justified my situation which basically was me lying to myself!!!! Great quotes!
